  The deposit machine stopped working as I was depositing my cash, error message shown and stated my cash couldn't be returned. Naturally I was concerned staff very nonchalant and off hand. Supervisor ? Eventually opened machine retrieved cash walked off without any information, when cash returned no apology for problem. Custom service zero. Made to feel a nuisance for something that was beyond my control. Didn't suggest I use the envelope deposit system only saw it after queuing for a further 5 minutes. Disappointing service and attitude.
