  I've been dealing with psoriatic arthritis for 6 years - add a business & a 1 year old toddler to the mix and you end up very stressed and in constant pain. Most mornings I could not start my day until the pain killers have kicked in. I started doing hot yoga at Grace Lounge in February 2017 - it was just what I needed to improve my mobility & dramatically lowering my pain killers. Some days I was really bad in class but, I could be sure there would be no judgement as it was my practice to enjoy & own to o what every my body allowed me to do that day. The therapeutic heat lamps are very soothing on all my joints, aches and pains - it's done so much for my health and wellness to the extend that it's changed my life. I'm like a bear with a sore toothe if I haven't been to class for a couple of days!
  Definitely recommend it as part of pain management treatment.
